About the artist.

Jake Kontou is a London based, freelance Poster Artist & Illustrator.

Being self-taught, Jake spent most of his early career studying subject likenesses and becoming proficient with the digital medium. During this time his freelance work included business branding and logo design work opportunities.

The early years of digital practise and graphic design experience resulted in his developed art style, which focuses on balance and composition juxtaposed with high levels of detail. This combination aims to convey the message and tone of the movie/game in to a 2D piece of art.

His current works involve popular/cult film franchises and video game properties.
